Full-Time | Seasonal | Based in Ault & Fort Collins, CO

Grow plants. Build greenhouses. Work outside.
If you enjoy working with your hands, being outdoors in all seasons, and seeing the results of your work come to life, this is the job for you! At  Fort Collins Nursery , we grow over 50,000 plants annually and build and maintain the infrastructure that makes it all possible. This role splits time between plant production and construction projects, offering variety and plenty of learning opportunities.

What You'll Do

Construction & Maintenance (Ault location)

• Assist in building and maintaining greenhouses, hoop houses, and irrigation systems
• Use construction tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Organize, load, and unload materials for projects
• Keep work areas organized and hazard-free

Plant Production (Fort Collins and Ault location)

• Plant, water, fertilize, prune, and care for a wide variety of plants
• Operate and maintain horticultural tools and equipment
• Monitor plant health and report pests, diseases, or nutrient issues
• Assist with unloading plant shipments and stocking the nursery
• Help with general grounds upkeep and light facility repairs

What We're Looking For

• Experience in  construction, landscaping, or horticulture is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds repeatedly and work on your feet most of the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in  all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind)
• Reliable transportation to Fort Collins and Ault worksites
• Team player with good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $15.00-$17.00, $2/hour pay increase for hours worked at the Ault location
Schedule: Full-time, seasonal, with varying start/end dates depending on project needs
