Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing WonderFold's social media strategies to increase online presence, engage and grow our audiences, and drive measurable results that support our marketing goals. This role involves managing social media channels for our portfolio of products while leading the creation of compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about building vibrant online communities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others. They should also have experience in a leadership capacity, including leading or mentoring others on the team to ensure alignment, growth, and execution of strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Social Media Strategy
    • Define and lead the overall social media strategy for WonderFold across all platforms.
    • Translate brand priorities and campaigns into engaging social media moments that drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
    • Develop social-first approaches to storytelling, product launches, brand collaborations, events, and key cultural moments.

 

  • Channel Management
      • Manage and support the execution of day-to-day posting and content management across all owned social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
      • Stay ahead of platform changes, trends, and tools; proactively recommending updates to strategy and content formats.
  • Community Growth & Engagement
      • Build and strengthen online through active engagement, thoughtful conversation, and timely responses.
  • Content Development (organic and paid)
      • Work closely with internal creative teams, in house content creator and external collaborators to concept and brief social-first content.
      • Lead planning and execution of evergreen and campaign-based social content calendars.
      • Manage organic and paid social media campaigns working in collaboration with cross-functional marketing teams and/or agencies, executing content, defining audiences and ensuring goals are met.
      • Oversee blog content development and execution strategy
  • Influencer + Partner Relations
      • Identify, vet, and manage relationships with creators, influencers, and brand partners to amplify reach and credibility.
      • Ensure proper briefing, alignment, and performance tracking of all influencer and partner collaborations.
  • Performance + Reporting
      • Monitor and analyze performance across platforms using social tools and native analytics.
      • Regularly share insights, trends, and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
      • Track KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, video performance, and community sentiment.
  • Cross-Functional Integration
    • Collaborate across departments including marketing, media buyer, creative, events, e-commerce, and retail to ensure consistent brand expression and messaging across all touchpoints.
    • Support event coverage and product launches with social amplification strategies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred

  • 5-8 years of experience managing social media channels for brands or organizations.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, tools, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to create engaging content that drives audience growth and engagement.
  • Experience with basic social media advertising management and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of paid social advertising and campaign management is a plus.
  • Experience in an agency or multi-brand environment.
