Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Full-Time Nanny to provide exceptional childcare for two children in Franklin, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurturing professional who is passionate about child development and creating a safe, enriching environment for children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide full-time care and supervision for 2 children
• Create and maintain daily routines including meals, naps, and age-appropriate activities
• Plan and implement educational and developmental activities
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children
• Light housekeeping related to children's areas (toys, dishes, laundry)
• Transport children to activities, appointments, and playdates as needed
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily activities and milestones
• Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times
• Assist with homework and educational support as appropriate
• Organize and participate in outdoor activities and creative play

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of professional childcare experience
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Excellent references from previous childcare positions
• High school diploma required, early childhood education background preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Physical ability to keep up with active children
• Non-smoker

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience caring for multiple children
• Basic knowledge of child development principles
• Ability to speak multiple languages
• Experience with special needs children
• College degree in Education, Child Development, or related field

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM with occasional evening or weekend babysitting opportunities.
