Work Schedule: 0% FTE, Day/Evening Shift Role. PRN, 9:00a to 9:00p varying hours. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford.

• Must have valid State Driver's license and a driving record that allows for Health System insurance carrier to cover the incumbent. Required
• Must be 18 years or older. Required
