This role is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional experiences. As part of the revenue team, you will manage strategic partnerships, drive client growth, and ensure business objectives are met. The position combines relationship management, strategic advising, and operational oversight, offering the chance to directly impact client success. With responsibilities spanning account strategy, product adoption, and performance reporting, this position requires a proactive, collaborative professional ready to take ownership. Travel to client sites across the U.S. (25–30%) is expected.

Accountabilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for high-level client interactions, building strong and lasting business relationships.
  • Lead client-focused meetings including account strategy sessions, cross-functional reviews, and business reviews.
  • Advise clients on product adoption, best practices, and operational improvements.
  • Manage client references, sentiment tracking, and reporting on account performance and P&L.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prioritize enhancements and configuration changes that align with client needs.
  • Ensure clients’ strategic objectives are met while contributing to company revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in fraud and disputes operations within banking, fintech, payment processing, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of fraud, disputes, and regulatory compliance in financial services.
  • Proven success in developing enterprise-level client or stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to analyze client operations and provide tailored coaching and actionable strategies.
  • Track record of setting and achieving goals, and supporting clients in doing the same.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Previous customer-facing or external client management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and maturity.
